Refund requests
Purchases are covered by Paddle’s Refund Policy, including its 14-day refund request period and any additional rights required by local law. That policy governs refund eligibility and processing.
To request a refund, visit paddle.net and provide your purchase details. Paddle handles payment-related support and returns.
Cancellation
You may cancel renewal through the subscription management link on the Yearly plan page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid year, rather than immediately. Cancelling renewal and requesting a refund are separate actions.
Current test payments
Checkout is currently for testing only. No real money is collected, so there is no real payment to refund. A verified test subscription unlocks study tools in preview only.
